Christine Scott


Christine Scott is Managing Director of Strategy Inc Limited and an associate of The New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation.

Christine gained extensive business leadership experience in New Zealand and Canada, developing particular interest and expertise in strategy, governance, organisational change, market assessment and positioning, and mergers & acquisitions. Formerly Managing Director in New Zealand with Australasian financial services giant Royal & SunAlliance (now SunCorp Metway), she now consults with mid and large sized organisations through specialisation in the areas of:

  • Planning: Strategic, Marketing, Organisational Design, Change Management process development, facilitation, aligning with operational planning, measuring for results
  • Measuring Business Performance: determining the right metrics to drive business performance
  • Corporate Governance: optimising the role of the Board
